An Arm and a Leg

There is no cover fee. However, this is an upscale restaurant. There are appetizers but the main course is a chef's tasting menu and I believe it starts off at $210. Listen to me:. Worth it. If you haven't been yet, save up and treat yourself. Great atmosphere, friendly staff and amazing food.

Reservation needed, but probably could walk-in at the bar

You can order cocktails, or non-alcoholic cocktails or soft drinks, with your meal if that is your preference.

I think it should be fine, they're not uptight as long as you look presentable

It all depends, you can try for a lower cost prefix menu during dine la if it comes back. The lowest cost for the menu is about 300+ without wine pairing

They do have a PDR however I don't think it seats 14.
